I guess you can do it as you like.
The only thing you should be aware of is that for TSVN:
it's a shell integration. So you _must_ (after updating)
restart windows or at least the explorer process. If you don't
then the the explorer process still has the old version of the
dll loaded in RAM and uses that old version...
