Windows 10 Support with TortoiseSVN 1.9.5

Hello,
I work in one of the IT support groups that handles software requests at Hennepin County. I'm also working with the Windows 10 upgrade project here. The project team is requiring all software used on Windows 10 machines be explicitly supported/compatible with Windows 10. We have a few developer groups that used TortoiseSVN. I wanted to see if any of the TortoiseSVN team would be able to respond to the following:

"Is installation of TortoiseSVN 1.9.5 on Windows 10 a supported configuration?
If yes, please provide supporting document in either of these formats below.
• A URL to the support page that shows Windows 10 is a supported configuration
• An email with the following statement "TortoiseSVN is supported on a Windows 10 configuration.”
• A screenshot of the support page that shows Windows 10 is a supported configuration"

I know the manual on the main website states "XP and above," but our project team isn't considering that adequate for verifying Windows 10 compatibility. A response to this email/post stating it's been tested and works on Windows 10 should be sufficient. I saw that 1.9.5 is the current version, and my understanding is the most recent release is the only one that bug fix requests would be acknowledged for. We'll be upgrading to that, and it might be enough for the support question.
