Files marked as "Modified" in a commit are deleted from another user's working copy.

We're using Tortoise to track a Visual Studio solution.

A user committed changes to a number of stored procedures/tables that are in the database project. I can see the files in the revision, all are marked as Modified. When I then updated my working copy to get latest, the modified files are deleted from my working copy.

I have rolled back to a previous revision in my working copy, then updated again, and once again, the modified files are deleted from my working copy.

Any ideas for a fix/workaround? Thanks!
