If you have the SVN command line tools installed, pls try svn cleanup on
the WC directory and paste its error message (it's fine to obscure the
paths in there). I made the experience that in some cases the svn
cleanup error output is a bit more verbose than the one displayed by
TSVN and this might speed up troubleshooting the issue over the wire.
