Unable to run Cleanup due to a missing file

Hi there,

We are using SVN for an Unreal Engine project.
We've been using it for a while with no major issues (most were due to our
learning curve...).

However, we've encountered a weird problem that prevents us from committing
Running Cleanup, which usually fixes stuff like that, produces the
following error:
Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
Z:\Projects\Unreal Engine\*****\Alpha
Failed to run the WC DB work queue associated with 'Z:\Projects\Unreal
 Engine\*****\Alpha', work item 5686 (file-install
 Content/Materials/Blue_Sea_Mat.uasset 1 0 1 1)
The system cannot find the path specified.

The missing file is a regular Unreal Engine 4 asset. Similar to dozens
others we create all the time with no problems. Trying to recreate, add,
copy, move or delete it didn't solve the problem.

I'm using the latest versions:
TortoiseSVN 1.9.5, Build 27581 - 64 Bit , 2016/11/26 09:18:58
Subversion 1.9.5, -release
apr 1.5.2
apr-util 1.5.4
serf 1.3.9
OpenSSL 1.0.2j 26 Sep 2016
zlib 1.2.8
SQLite 3.14.1

No matter what I've tried, nothing seems to work...

Any idea of the cause?
Is there a way to manually delete/add it from the WC DB?
