Commit blocked by start-commit hook (exit code 1) with output storage quota full

Hi All,

Appreciate any advice regarding the below issue:-

We are facing the below issue from yesterday - while doing any commit.

Commit blocked by start-commit hook (exit code 1) with output :
storage quota full: see admin pages to remove old projects or add more storage to your plan.

Thanks in advance for any solution / guidance.

Note: - We are using Tortoise SVN Client 1.9.27285
