SVN seems incomplete

I use TortoiveSVN together with texstudio on a large book project. The whole project is on a separate SSD (K:). The SVN repo is on another drive (M:). Sometimes while saving in texstudio I get:
Process started: svn ci -m "txs auto checkin" "K:/BuchprojektSpringer/VierteAuflage/Kap11/Stoffwechsel/zuckerstoffwechsel.tex"
svn: E200009: Commit failed (details follow): svn: E200009: 'K:\BuchprojektSpringer\VierteAuflage\Kap11\Stoffwechsel' is not known to exist in the repository and is not part of the commit, yet its child 'K:\BuchprojektSpringer\VierteAuflage\Kap11\Stoffwechsel\zuckerstoffwechsel.tex' is part of the commit
Process exited with error(s)
and other times I have;
Process started: svn ci -m "txs auto checkin" "K:/BuchprojektSpringer/VierteAuflage/Kap4/Stoffwechsel/stoffwechselproteine.tex"
Sending Kap4\Stoffwechsel\stoffwechselproteine.tex
Process exited normally.
I cannot guess and find out why and where are the differences
