Digging in half-blind into this issue: Does the following improve the
situation for you?
Right click your working copy folder -> TSVN -> Cleanup -> tick "Fix
time stamps"
Afterwards: Does show-log's performance improve?
Tbh: I'm quite sure this won't resolve the issue, but still it's worth
to at least try.
