All is fine. As far as I followed the topic, this is due to some minor
glitch with how 1.9.4 was built which lead to a mismatch between the 32-
and the 64-bit revision numbers. Effectively you are all fine here (aka:
27285 is the 64-bit revision corresponding to the 32-bit built which is
27283).

I'd expect that the issue will resolve itself with the next TSVN version
(aka >= 1.9.5).
