usually, if there is a free option for opensource projects they would
say so publicly on their websites, because that's good PR. But since
there is no such thing mentioned I have to assume that there's no free
option.
Both have a 'free' quota of translated words/sentences, but both require
a credit card even for that, just in case the quota exceeds. And I won't
use mine, sorry.
