Slow (20-40s) right click due to TortoiseSVN

Hi,

I have the latest version of SVN (TortoiseSVN-1.9.4.27285-x64-svn-1.9.4) and since about a week back the right click has been really slow.

I've googled a lot and tried to set the Overlay Icons to Shell or None, and I've even reinstalled TortoiseSVN twice.

I know it is due to TortoiseSVN becuase if I remove the program right click works normally and if I use shellex to disable the program it works as well.

I am running Windows 10 Anniversary edition.

This is crucial for us to continue working with TortoiseSVN.
