[TSVN] Bug/Feature: show "exclude" in windows explorer properties "Depth: <depth> (with exclude)"

If you use the sparse checkout feature in svn, you can see the state of your wc in the windows explorer properties under "Depth: Fully recursive | Immediate children, including folders | Only file children | Only item".
If you exclude files or folders in this wc, you don't see this in the depth dialog. An enduser that has checkout the wc with fully recursive and exclude files and folders, can't see that action in the future.
If the depth dialog would be show "Depth: <depth> (with exclude)", the user could see the real state of wc.
