Re-3: spell checker Windows 10

Same here. Downgrade to 1.8.12 also helps but of course is no long term option.

hi..

we have exactly the same problem.
German Win 10 OS and want to use the English spell check.

I’ve already tried to install the en-us lang pack and set the tsvn:projectlanguage to 1033.
But the spellcheck always use the german dictionary 
The only way to get the right behavior is to switch the OS default language to english.

Any further opinions?
