Possible bug in transfer dialog text

Hi,

Thanks for TortoiseSVN - it's been a great tool for many years!

In 1.9.4, when it needs to load a file from the server the transfer speed is displayed as:

"183 kBytes transferred, at Transferring at 472 Bytes/s"

This looks like it is intended to be something like:

"183 kBytes transferred, at 472 Bytes/s"

or

"183 kBytes transferred. Transferring at 472 Bytes/s"

Please see the screenshot I've attached.

I've searched the change logs, issue tracker and forum but not found any other reports of this. I can't install the nightly build to test.
