Bug report - I see A LOT: Can't move <temp link ...... >: The system cannot find the file specified

Hi Tortoise svn folkes

I would like to post this as a bug-report, even though I know that this has
been posted
before. I am using TortoiseSVN 1.9.3.

Please let me know if this is ignored since it is not updated to 1.9.4.
Please let me know if this is ignored for other reasons.

Please let me know if this gets a timeframe.

In my situation I am expecting SVN to commit files from a local directory
to the repository.
The error

*Can't move <temp link ...... >: The system cannot find the file specified*

seems to be repeating itself for a large part of the files. There is approx
1000 files in the repository. I can delete the local directory - but now
"this story" just start over again.

I see SVN users suggesting that I make new checkout and copy the 'missing
files' to the old dir,
and also users suggests to start over again - but it is impossible to do
this on a daily basis.

Please see *a very small portion *of the errors below.
