Normally you can download the release candidate for the upcoming version
which would contain the fix. But there seems to be some problem with the
nightly builds atm. Hence the download links are not available right now.
However SVN 1.9.4 is expected to be released at the end of this week.
Normally TSVN releases new versions shortly after (sometimes just an
hour or two afterwards). So I'd expect a new version with these fixes
being available before the end of this week.
