repeated crashes

Tortoise SVN is a tool I've come to rely on. Repeatedly, for the past two
days, the software has become unresponsive when I'm pushing an update with
thousands of small files across the network.

I get to this page when I click to view the error

https://drdump.com/UploadedReport.aspx?ProblemID=175092
<https://drdump.com/UploadedReport.aspx?ProblemID=175092&DumpID=8358084>
&DumpID=8358084

That page informs me that the bug was fixed in a version of the software not
available for me to download, at least not at a location that I can find.
I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.9.3, Build 27038 - 64 Bit, 1015/12/13 11:53:16

When will I have access to the version of TortoiseSVN that has this bug
fixed?
