The last 1.7 version available is TSVN 1.7.15 and the last SVN version
is 1.7.22 (while your's is 1.7.10).
I suggest you at least retry with the latest TSVN version (honestly I
suggest to upgrade to 1.8 though).
As far as I remember the behavior in TSVN 1.7 was that the transaction
number was not correct. If I'm not mistaken it reported values which
were returned by the SVN library which also included "transfered" local
data (aka: not only the data transferred over the network). That lead to
that display being dropped in TSVN 1.8 and was added again in 1.9
(presumably since the SVN library returns the "correct" numbers now).
Why it's reporting 10MB though, I don't know. In general be aware that
the amount of data being required to be transmitted also depends on the
sever version. Some features provided by new clients use fallback
mechanisms when communicating to older servers which could use up more
bandwidth than required with a new server version.
