Here's what I get:

TortoisProc.exe C:\Program FilesCollaborator Client\ccollabgui.exeCollaborator Client\ccollabgui.exe PATH NOT FOUND

See the missing path separator there?

maybe there's a folder "Collaborator Client" under "program files (x86)"
which does not have the exe in it.

You could get the procmon tool from sysinternals and monitor what
happens when you show the context menu: you should see logs to access
that file location.
