Yes, it is about the "Choose items"

Our expectation is that we can select also per external whether they have to be incorporated or not.
This is based upon the tick-box 'omit externals' on the same line as the "Choose items".

If we omit or not omit, we get the same result for the selection: no external can be selected at all.
From user interface we expect that if we do not omit, we can select which of the externals has to be incorporated in the request.
