Option to open folders for modified files, and/or drag and drop

Using version TortoiseSVN v1.9.3

Issue:
Want to edit, in Emacs, a file that was modified and checked into SVN
Steps:
                Right click folder-->TortoiseSVN-->Show Log
                Select revision
                                Get list of edited files (see screen capture below)

Want to edit a file in Emacs. What is a fast way to do this? Context menu does not easily afford that option

Enhancement?
Enable Drag and Drop (most best solution)
Add context menu "open containing folder" (pretty good solution)
                                (could use "open local with ...", but that is a pain as software is installed on other server)

Thanks,
Bruce
