[Win8][Win10] "Ues Aero Glass" checkbox missing, and glass8.eu

Hello, THis is more a feature request than a bug,

Looks like the checkbox "Ues Aero Glass" in Windows 8 and 10 is hidden,
and I am unable to hack it, nor I have an idea where the settings are
stored, but Im trying to hack this value,

While Windows 8 and 10 by default does not have the Glass effect, they
still have the ExtendFrameIntoClientArea and EnabvleBlurBehindWindow APIs,
even if stubs.

Projects like glass8.eu, actually implement the true DWM glass on these
OSes, and all sowtware works perfectly,

However, TortoiseSVN is just boring without it being transparent....

How can i Hack the setting to force it true under win10, or it is not
possible?

Can you make a way users to enable the Aero mode ANYWAY?

Can you test it on a mashine with Glass8 installed?

Classic Shell for example allows us to force-enable glass even on win8 and
10 and actually work very well with this Aero implementation :)
