svn:author not shows correctly after update

I updated the svn:author property on a revision through the command line and the TortoiseSvn Log Messages view doesn't show the new author even though I see it in the revision property window when I right click on the revision and choose show revision properties.

Is this a bug or is there another command I need to run to get TortoiseSvn to reload the value so it is shown in the Log Message window.

I upgraded to the latest version 1.9.3 and still seeing same issue.
