There is always the latest nightly build at hand, in case you wanna give
these a try:
see Trunk Nightly Builds at https://tortoisesvn.net/downloads.html

Bare in mind that these however also contain new (sometimes
experimental) features. So once 1.9.4 is out you might wanna update to
that stable build again.
