1.9.3.27038 crashing

Since installing 1.9.3.27038 I've been getting frequent crashes which identify on Doctor Dump as Problem #175094, and indicate r27056 has resolved these.

Is it possible to obtain a Win64 .exe of r27056 (or a later build)? If not, what is the timescale planned for the next full version point release?

Lastly, as a workaround would de-installing and replacing with 1.9.2 be likely to solve the problem temporarily?
