Ignoring Targets with Path

From: David G. <lightman_at_fastmail.fm>

Hi,

I notice with TortoiseSVN that I can right-click and "ignore" a file or
directory. Is there a reasonable way to ignore a file or directory with
a qualified path - relative and/or absolute? I don't necessarily want
to blanket-ignore all directories with a particular name, when I want to
ignore a specific directory. Likewise, I might want to ignore a file by
name in one directory and not another.

I assume this is possible, somehow, by editing the ignore list manually
but a context-menu command would be very helpful.

Thanks!
