It seems your card driver does not accept multiple auth requests at the
same time but only one-by-one with a certain time in between auth
requests. That may be a bug in the driver, or maybe by design to avoid
brute force attacks. Either way: if it's a bug in the driver, an update
might help. If it's by design, try to find a setting/option to turn this
off.

TSVN does nothing different when authenticating from either dialog: they
all do the very same! The only difference is that the repo browser does
this many times in a short time.
