Can we add diff to the context menu for folders?

This is a feature I've gotten used to in TortoiseGit that is missing in TortoiseSVN. It'd be really nice to be able to find all differences within a directory without navigating into every subdirectory or opening the commit window. It's a feature supported by SVN, and I use it all the time when working on Linux.
I've attached a screenshot to emphasize what I mean. I apologize for the poor quality, but this was about the best quality I could get while still remaining under 50kB. If you'll allow a 660kB screenshot, I can send the original resolution.
I'm on 64-bit Windows 8.1, presently running TortoiseSVN 1.9.1, Build 26747. The changelog for TortoiseSVN 1.9.2 mentioned nothing about adding the diff context menu item to folders.
