> Updating from the repository stops with "0 byte/s" transfer. This happens both in TortoiseSVN and on the command line, but only for one user at the moment. (I had it for a short time as well, but it disappeared after rebooting the computer.) Normal web browsing still works fine.

Is it possible to get a pdb for the official build, or are there any other good ways to diagnose this? I must admit I haven't done much Windows development in the past few years.
