[Bug] AltGr+Space behaves like Ctrl+Space (auto-completion)

Hello,

I'd like your opinion on a behavior in TortoiseSVN, that I think is a bug (but I wanted to submit you to be sure).
The SciEdit used for example when you edit a log message allows autocompletion with Ctrl+Space keys.
On Windows, a click on AltGr sends the hotkey Ctrl+Alt, thus AltGr+Space sends Ctrl+Alt+Space, that enables the autocompletion.
To me, the autocompletion must be enabled only with Ctrl+Space hotkey (not Ctrl+Alt+Space).

This is annoying because on my dvorak-type keyboard layout, the hotkey AltGr+Space is used to type the character _ (underscore).

As far as I know it is present in all versions of Tortoise.

So, do you think this should be changed ?
Thank you.
