I checked the setting in Tortoise's Settings dialog as well as the
registry key: The registry key doesn't exist and the entry in the
settings is empty.
So I guess there must be something else going on, since Stefan's answer
suggests it should show 1.9.2.
I checked on other machines here in the office and there it correctly
points to 1.9.2. From my side it's not worth checking on this further.
Obviously it's some configuration related issue on that one machine here.
