Could the developers add x86 MSVC++ 2015 redistributable dlls to x64 TortoiseSVN 1.9.x, please

The milestone 1.9 gets a regression concerning to the lack of any x86
MSVC++ 2015 redistributable dlls in the x64 TortoiseSVN distribution
package.

In particular, the right-click context menu is disappeared in the following
circumstances:
​* OS Windows 7/8/8.1 x64;
* T​ortoiseSVN x64 v1.9.0 оr 1.9.2 is installed;
​* MSVC++ 2015 redistributable​s x86 package is not installed;
​* a right-click context menu was invoked from any of the File Dialogs of
any x86 program installed.

​The issue is because of the TortoiseSVN32.dll importing some of ​the
MSVC++ 2015 x86 dlls (MSVCP140.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll and may
be api-ms-win-crt-*, I didn't get it). The x64 versions of these dlls are
present in the distribution, but not the x86 versions.

Installing MSVC++ 2015 redistributable​s x86 package solves the problem.

There was no such an issue in the 1.8.x versions of TortoiseSVN:
right-click context menu worked well wherever invoked from x86 or x64
program, or I might had had an appropriate MSVC++ redistributable​ installed
.
