Bug report: Project Monitor view is cleared if tray icon is clicked

Using TortoiseSVN 1.9.2 x64 on Windows 7

If the Project Monitor window is open, clicking on the tray icon causes the current view to be cleared (i.e. no project is selected in left pane, log view is empty). This is similar to what used to happen when the "Refresh Now" button was clicked within the Project Monitor window. To restore the view it is necessary to select a project in the left pane.

I think clicking the tray icon should just bring the Project Monitor window to the foreground without changing the current view.

Even if the Project Monitor window is closed, ideally it would remember the last project that was displayed, and automatically select that project when the window is opened.

Basically, I think it should work more like Commit Monitor. :)
