Can't checkout on linux smb share with newest version

Dear all,

a checkout from Windows 8.1/10 inside of a linux samba share doesn't work. I get a "Access denied" (Zugriff verweigert). See attached Screenshot for further Details. It tries to move a file from .svn\tmp\xy to .svn\pristine\number\zzz.svn-base, but can't.

I tried the version TortoiseSVN-1.8.12.26645-x64-svn-1.8.14.msi. It works fine. The newest TortoiseSVN-1.9.1.26747-x64-svn-1.9.1.msi does not.

The same action on a local Harddrive c:\ works fine with all version.
