%fname is not set when comparing two elements from the log and 'empty' is nothing, not ""

Hello!

There is a glitch in the new %fname variable.
When diff is called for two file revisions from the log view, %fname is not set.
If I compare e.g. rev1 to the current working copy, it is, but
when I compare e.g. rev1 to rev2, %fname is empty.

For %fname, empty means really nothing, which makes it hard to pass this as a parameter
to a batch file.
if burl is empty (e.g. when diffing two files in a folder), %burl is replaced by an empty string with quotes: "".
I would like to suggest to set %fname to "" instead of nothing as well.
