First commit from a range not included in diff when using "Show differences as united diff" option.

Hi Devs,

   Today I found out that when creating a diff file from a range of
commits, chronologically first commit is not included in it. After marking
few consecutive commits in Log bottom part shows changed files and those
changes include the first selected commit but right click -> "Show
differences as united diff" option will not include first commit changes in
the diff.

Expected result - it should be included consistently with the changes shown
on Log dialog.

Just upgraded form 1.8.1 to 1.9.1 26747 and both TortoiseSVN versions have
this problem.

Is there no other way to report bugs?
