RE: 1.9 fails commits on repos checked out previously on 1.8.x

I have also been plagued with very similar 'Access denied' messages when using a networked NAS drive from Win7pro, since upgrading to 1.9.0 from previous 1.8 version.

They seem to be random - if a Commit is tried again (and again) it may eventually work.

It does not only affect previously checked out repos...

- Checking out a brand new project (to me) from SF into an empty folder gave Access Denied.

- Committing a new file into a new repos on my NAS gave Access denied.

Has anyone reported this as a bug? I can find no trace of it. It is certainly stopping use of TortoiseSVN here, which is a problem even for a small-time user!
