RE: 1.9 fails commits on repos checked out previously on 1.8.x

I have seen the same behaviors as Danielle. I had one commit that finally went through one day for no traceable reason.

Command line commits from the network working copies never throw an error so this to me is definately a problem with the latest TSVN version 1.9.x
