Bug in 1.9.0 with externals and update to head revision

Heya!

I am having a problem with 1.9.0 (Build 26652 - 64 Bit) related to changing the revision of my externals. I do TortoiseSVN -> Properties then choose edit on my externals property. I see the list of all my external references, select them all and click "Fetch head revision and adjust to it" I expect the external revision to be set to the current head revision of the repository (currently 10480). Instead it sets the revision to 10465, which was the last revision the externals were set to before I upgraded to 1.9.0.

This problem persists after deleting the externals folder and checking it back out. Deleting the entire project and checking it out fresh did not help either. My colleague, however, could check the code out, update the externals to the current head revision using the method above without problems. He is using version 1.8.10, build 26129. This does not fix the problem on my end, however, and me updating the externals to head revision still sets the revision to 10465.
