Unfortunately this is workaround only.

1) Direct2D Accelerating and Font Antialiasing are orthogonal things by
their nature. I like accelerating while I don't like font smoothing.

2) TortoiseSVN UI does antialiasing properly in one places, but does it
wrong in others. We discussed this subject 2 years ago when talked about
#504, and you have find solution. So I'm wondering to see the same issue
again.
