Can't unified diff different folders

Hi,

If my project has modified files in different sub-folders, so that "Check for modifications" looks like:

FOLDER1/FILE1.C
FOLDER2/FILE2.C

Then attempting to perform a unified diff by selecting the files, right click, unified diff results in the following error message:

"Subversion reported an error: Path 'C:/FULL/PATH/TO/FOLDER2/FILE2.C' must be an immediate child of the directory 'C:/FULL/PATH/TO/FOLDER1'."

The same error occurs attempting a unified diff from the commit dialog.

This is new to 1.9.0 and did not occur in prior versions. I (used to) use it all the time.
