auto-update isn't implemented in CM (although you can run a script there).

Import/Export: go to the settings dialog, sync page and export the
settings there.

There's a button at the top (second to the right), named "Update all".
Click that button and all monitored working copies are updated.

I think that's much better than auto-updating: an auto-update could lead
to a locked wc because it does not know whether you're running another
command on it.
