update works OK, Commit operation cannot work

Hi guys,

Recently, I am very confused by a TSVN problem. I am using TortoiseSVN 1.6.16, 64bit version with Subversion 1.6.17. TSVN update operation works very well, but I cannot commit my modifications. When I try to commit, it fails with an error like this:

Error Commit failed(details follw):
Error Unable to connect to a repository at URL
Error 'https://xxx.xxx.xxx/svn/st/Floor'
Error The server unexpectedly closed the connection.

Few of my colleagues share the same problem with me, and some of them report"Could not send request body" when fail.

What is the root cause? Does it have something to do with my network? Does commit operation have more strictly demand of the network enviroment than update operation?

I need your help.
