SVN Checkout within an SVN repository

Outside of an SVN repository TSVN gives a menu item called 'SVN
Checkout...' which is very useful. But it is also possible to checkout
another SVN repository from within an already existing directory
structure. LLVM/Clang, as an example, works this way. TSVN should add
the menu item 'SVN Checkout...' even from within an already existing SVN
repository. Instead I must go to the command prompt and issue the svn
command directly, which is a PITA.
