I found my problem. The original repository was a migration from cvs2svn and the migration required that I use different folders name to complete the migration. I didn't found how to use cvs2svn to include into an existing folder so I had to create several intermediate folders then rename everything to desired architecture.

Now, it seems that svndumpfilter doesn't like that I changed the name after the migration . If I use the repository right after the migration without the folder renaming everything works like intended.

Hopefully, you understand my explanation above and will help out someone at some point.
