I have just download many of MSI from many Sourceforge (Mirror 1 and 2)
Sub Mirror :
 Au, GB, UK, ITA, etc.

But all have same corruption.

I've try to check on other downloader site:
http://www.filehorse.com/download-tortoisesvn-64/
It indicate that only the 32Bits version is available (64 is greyed)

After many research I found a MSI that was OK:
https://www.visualsvn.com/visualsvn/download/tortoisesvn/

You need to refresh the download many time (under firefox) due to many failures of bandwidth, but after forcing the download the package is ok and not corrupt.

CRC64 : 6A97EFDF81FAAF4

All indicate that the deployed packages under Sourceforge are corrupted.
