Corrupt files on sourceforge are not new.
On the download page, try to select a different server and download the file from there.
(cancel the "automatic" downlaod and click the "Direct link" ot "select another mirror" links - can not check the exact phrase - see below)

Fun fact: my Firefox crashed when clicking the x64 download on the TSVN downloads page.
