TortoiseSVN install failures

I have attempted several times to install TortoiseSVN-1.8.10.26129-win32-svn-1.8.11.msi on my Windows 7 Enterprise 32-bit workstation, but keep getting "An internal error occurred".

I have also tried installing previous versions, all the way down to 1.7.13, but have run into the same error.

When I log the install session using msiexec, the error in the debug log is "Error 1359. An internal error occurred."

I also tried running the installer in basic UI mode, but that did not work either.

Has anyone else had issues installing it?
