TortoiseSVN-1.8.9.26117-win32-svn-1.8.11 GetTickCount64

We have an older, 32-bit Windows 2000 server.

Yesterday, I upgraded the old Tortoise SVN to the latest 1.8.9.26117 32-bit version.

After installing, when I attempt to run it, I get the message:

Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point SomeProcedureName could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.

This issue is documented on Microsoft's Knowledge Base:
http://support.microsoft.com/KB/142606

The recommended solution is:

Contact the application vendor for an updated version that runs under Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 2000.

If this has not been reported yet, it is probably because there aren't many 32 bit systems out there to test on.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I did reboot the server, but I still get this error.
