Show Log seems to have stopped working recently

I am using win64 current release TortoiseSVN

When I click on "Show Log" it used to give me a list of all the changes of the currently selected file.

Now it shows me a form that makes no sense to me, and IS NOT a list of all the changes of the currently selected file.

What can I do?
